TERMS and CONDITIONS:

The information below outlines the corporate policies of Discover Dallas Tours, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "DD") relating to the purchase of tours, cancellation, and refund policy.  The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy statement taken together are intended to constitute a contractual agreement with our tour guests and business partners as to how DD will conduct business. 

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment by cash, credit card, or check.  To make reservations call 214-521-3737, or submit a TOUR REQUEST form with your tour selection(s) and contact information. 

TICKET PICKUP:

Tour tickets, including any admission tickets, will be available from the DD guide on the day of the tour. 

CANCELLATION and REFUNDS:

Tour cancellations received 72 hours prior to the stated start time will receive a full refund with no penalties. Reservations confirmed or cancelled within 72 hours of the stated tour start time are not eligible for a refund. Tours may be cancelled due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances at DD’s discretion. In cases of DD cancellation, all reservations will be 100% refunded.

CONTRACT AGREEMENTS:

DD can also provide customized tour packages on an individual contract basis including options for hotel, transportation, dining, and tours.  Please note that all contract stipulations regarding DD fees, reservation, cancellation, and refund policies shall supersede DD Terms and Conditions as stated on this website.
